Here are all the details:

• • Promotion runs September 1 – 30. Your first appointment must take place between these dates to qualify for the promo price. 
  • Each custom mouth guard will cost $35 (regular price is $120!). There are no age restrictions and no limit per person or family, but no additional discounts will apply for multiple guards for one patient or family.
  • 2 appointments will be necessary. The appointments will be 1 week apart, depending on your availability.
  • Colour selection for your mouth guard will be dependent on current availability.
  • This promotion is open to both new and existing patients!
